The St James Men of Charity will be holding its annual Chili and Chowder Cook-off on Saturday February 4th in the Chapel Auditorium and Pastoral Center. The proceeds of the event will benefit local acts of kindness and service performed by the Men of Charity. Attendees (adults only) will have a chance to taste many varieties of chili & chowder, and to vote on their favorites. Beer, wine and soft drinks will be offered. Live music will be performed by Joe Arbadji. Tickets are $45 in advance or $50 at the door. The price includes all food and drink. Purchase tickets HERE.

The Saint James Men of Charity provides charitable service to Saint James parish and the community at large. The group is open to all men, meeting on the third Wednesday of each month at 8:00 p. m. in the pastoral center. The funds raised at the annual Harvest Fest, Chili & Chowder Cook Off for Charity, and the 5K Walk/Run for Kindness are distributed to those in need for housing, utilities, food, medical needs, and more.
